Here are the instructions to scan packs and transfer them to the phone (ProgressionLIVE app).

Go to the Maintenance and Call taking --> Programs --> Scan maintenance module.

Select the "Outoption and enter the sub-contractor number to be treated, then proceed with the pack scan.

Once the scan is completed, go to the printing tab.

Select the date, select the Scan out report manifest and enter the sub-contractor number to be printed.

The manifest will then be printed for every completed delivery. If everything is fine, click on the button to transfer to dispatch to send the calls to the phone.
